Subscription Terms of Use

1. Subscription Commitment and Minimum Order Period

By subscribing to our Life Within Subscription Service, you agree to the following terms:

  • Dependent on whether you select the 3, 6 or 12 month option:
  • The subscription service requires a minimum commitment of 3 months:
  • This will include the 1st initial order and 2 subsequent automated monthly orders.
  • We can supply a maximum of 12 months:
  • This will include the 1st initial order and 11 subsequent automated monthly orders.
  • The initial payment will be processed at the time of purchase, and subsequent repeated orders will be automatically processed every 30 days from the date of the initial order.

2. What will be delivered?

  • Each month, your order will be repeated, up to the contracted period that you select (3, 6, 12 months)
  • Delivery fees will be charged only on individual initial & repeated orders which have an individual order value below AED250 per order.
  • This saves you time and effort in needing to remember to restock every month, and you are able to continue your Wellness journey, with ease!

3. Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations will be permitted during the initial 3-month commitment period.
  • You are obligated to complete the minimum 3-month term before you may cancel your subscription.
  • After the initial 3-month period has ended, you may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
  • Cancellation is possible if you have selected the 6 or 12 months option, as long as the minimum subscription period of 3 months has been reached.

4. Automatic Renewal

  • After the 3, 6 or 12-month period has been completed, your subscription will continue to renew automatically after the period has ended, unless you have canceled through communicating the cessation with our team.
  • You may cancel at any time after the initial 3-months period by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer service team at hello@wearelifewithin.com. Please ensure you provide at least 14 days written email notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Your payment method will be charged at the time of each order: once for the initial purchase and then automatically for each subsequent month during the contracted period (3, 6 or 12-month) term.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date. Any payment issues may result in delays or cancellation of your subscription.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on products delivered as part of the subscription service unless the product is defective or there is an error in the order.

Any requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your product, and you must follow our Return Policy for more information.
