No, our functional mushroom products adhere to strict United Arab Emirates (UAE) Food Safety Standards and thus have been rigorously tested, and therefore contain absolutely no traces of ethanol/alcohol in our extracts.
We take our supplements every day. And you may certainly combine them! Whatever makes sense for your desired state. This is almost entirely a matter of personal preference. Combining supplements can be creative and personalized so don’t hesitate to experiment!

Our products have a long shelf life and are highly stable. Our Mushroom Extracts and Ceremonial Grade Cacao remain effective for up to 1 year. However, we believe you’ll enjoy our products so much that you’ll likely use them well before that time! You can always check the bottle or packaging for the factory expiration date.
